It is tatty and has parts missing. The engine starts and runs (wouldn’t expect anything else from one of these). But some of the engine bolts are missing (can be bought new from Honda, and pretty cheap!). The throttle cable is snapped and the choke stuck in the carb. These are just the bits we noticed whilst getting it running.
It comes with a dating cert and NOVA all done, so can be put on the road once built. Or build a Sand racer from it
